Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Argumont to violate applicable law or facilitate another person's violation of law.

You may not use Argumont to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate contractual confidentiality, harass or unlawfully threaten people, defame people through fabricated factual claims, impersonate another person deceptively, or submit private information you are not authorized to provide.

You may not use Argumont to unlawfully collect, infer, monitor, profile, publish, or exploit another person's private or sensitive personal information.

You may not use the service to unlawfully infer protected characteristics or sensitive traits about individuals.

Argumont must not be used as the sole or autonomous basis for Decisions that determine a person's eligibility, access, rights, or opportunities in high-impact areas such as employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, essential services, immigration, or law enforcement.

Where Argumont is used as decision support in a regulated area, legally required human review, professional responsibility, due process, and nondiscrimination obligations remain with the responsible person or organization.

You may not use Argumont to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, forged evidence, deceptive impersonation, money laundering, unlawful financial activity, or deliberate manipulation of another person through fabricated claims.

You may not use Argumont to gain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, applications, systems, or networks, deploy malware, steal credentials, exfiltrate data, evade security controls for malicious purposes, cause denial of service, damage systems, or conduct unauthorized security testing.

Legitimate defensive cybersecurity analysis must stay within systems and activities you are authorized to assess.

You may not use Argumont to facilitate sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, credible violent wrongdoing, development or use of prohibited weapons, or other severe unlawful harm.

You may not circumvent access controls, circumvent billing controls, evade Decision Credit limits, abuse free-account creation, interfere with service restrictions, attempt to extract secrets or credentials, use automation to overload the service, or reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Do not intentionally represent an Argumont Verdict, participant statement, generated evidence summary, or score as independently verified human professional judgment when it is not.

Do not remove context in a manner intended to deceive another person about what Argumont actually concluded.

Argumont does not replace required professional judgment.

You remain responsible for ensuring that use in legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other regulated contexts complies with applicable professional and legal obligations.

Argumont may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect users, protect third parties, protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to security threats, or comply with law.

Enforcement should be proportionate where circumstances permit.

Serious threats may require immediate action.
