Outcome states
Successful. Partial. Failed. Too Early / Unknown. Those labels are for the accepted decision, not for whether the prose was elegant.
Calibration
Argumont can compare predicted confidence with actual results over time. That is only possible if you record outcomes honestly. High confidence that keeps failing is a finding.
Limits
Calibration across an organization requires enough recorded outcomes. One decision does not make a reliability curve.
