BANKS AND CREDIT UNIONS
A 60 day pilot for banks and credit unions
Run two or three real management decisions through Argumont with your team. At the end you hold a Decision Passport for each one and a readout measured against how you decide today. The pilot costs $7,500, and if you continue, the full $7,500 comes off your first year's price.
What the pilot includes
The Teams plan gives you the software. The pilot adds the work around it that a bank or credit union needs before it relies on a new kind of record.
- A workspace for your decision team: up to 25 people and up to 40 Decisions
- A kickoff to choose the decisions and agree which evidence your institution accepts
- Workspace rules set with you from day one: a reason with every human decision, formal approval by a named approver, and only decision records leave the workspace
- A vendor review packet for your third party risk team
- A readout at day 60: what the records show, measured against your current process
- Billing by invoice
Start without customer data
The pilot runs on public supplier material, your own sanitized requirements, and internal estimates you choose to share. No customer records or nonpublic personal information are needed.
Ask your third party risk team how they tier a vendor that receives no customer data. The vendor review packet is written for that review: how data is handled and where it is stored, the services that process it (shared under NDA), how you are notified of an incident, and deletion if you do not continue.
Decisions that fit a pilot
Choose management decisions with real alternatives and a named owner. In each Decision Room, a Champion makes the case for each option and a Challenger attacks it. Claims are checked against sources, and the Verdict shows which arguments held up, the evidence behind them, and what remains uncertain.
- Core or digital banking platform: renew, replace, or phase the change
- Critical vendor selection, renewal, or exit
- Cybersecurity and resilience investment priorities
- Branch, staffing, and product investment sequencing
What you keep
For each decision, a Decision Passport: the question, the options, the evidence, the Verdict, and the human decision with who decided, who approved, and why. Each Passport carries an ID and a hash that anyone holding a copy can check at argumont.com/verify.
Your institution keeps authority over approvals, policy, and compliance determinations. The Verdict informs that review and never replaces it.
Price and timing
The pilot costs $7,500, billed by invoice. The 60 days start when your workspace opens, after your vendor review, not on the day you sign.
Annual plans are priced by asset size and quoted after the pilot. Sign within 30 days after the pilot ends and the full $7,500 comes off your first year's price.
Questions
- Why a paid pilot instead of the Teams plan?
- Teams gives you the software, paid by card. The pilot adds the kickoff, the vendor review packet, workspace rules set with you, the day 60 readout, and invoice billing. If you continue, the fee comes back as credit on your first year.
- Can we use it for loan or credit decisions?
- The pilot is for management decisions such as vendors, technology, and investment priorities. Credit underwriting, customer eligibility, and compliance determinations stay within your institution's own processes.
- Who should join from our side?
- A decision owner who can name the decisions, someone from risk or vendor management, and the people who would approve those decisions today.
