Refunds and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You will see the plan and period in Billing when Stripe checkout is configured.

Cancel from Billing. Cancellation tells the billing provider to stop the next renewal.

You keep access through the period already paid unless the billing provider or a written enterprise contract says otherwise.

Credits are not cash. Unused credits do not convert to a refund and do not roll to the next period. The allowance resets at the start of the next period.

We review accidental duplicate charges. We do not promise a refund because a verdict disagreed with you, because a model was slow, or because you used the free allowance.

Contact Billing through the contact form with the receipt timestamps. If two charges were taken for one period in error, we will correct them.

Enterprise refunds and termination are governed by the signed contract, not by this page.
