DECISION GOVERNANCE
The AI Verdict is not the organizational Decision.
Decision governance is how an organization assigns authority, preserves dissent, approves a course, and keeps residual risk visible. Argumont records those acts instead of treating a fluent recommendation as authorization.

This is an example chain. Organizations assign authority differently. Argumont records the chain that actually applied.
Separate recommendation from authority
Judge issues an analytical Verdict. A Decision Owner records the Human Decision: adopt, adopt with conditions, choose another course, defer, or reopen.
If Vendor B wins the Verdict and the organization selects Vendor A because B will not accept required terms, both facts belong on the record: the Verdict, the Human Decision, the override reason, and who approved.
What the governance record can hold
Owner, contributors, reviewers, approvers, dissent, risk disposition, formal approval bound to a Verdict version, execution readiness, and later Outcome review.
Adopting a Verdict does not automatically accept every residual risk. Risk disposition stays a distinct human act.
How the method supports governance
Challenger and Contrarian keep dissent from disappearing into consensus. Inspector keeps a source from being treated as proof. Wolf keeps material downside visible before approval.
The roles do not sign for the organization. People do.

Agreement is not evidence, and a Verdict is not a signature.
Champion and Challenger test the case, Inspector checks the evidence, and Judge records the Verdict for the Decision Owner.
Why the distinction matters beyond this page
An analytical result can be careful and still lack authority. Decision Owners, approvals, and risk acceptance remain human acts. That distinction is developed further for buyers who must explain it to risk and audit colleagues.

Structure the question, test the evidence and the assumptions, and preserve what your organization ultimately decides.
