Take the decision record into the next conversation.
The Decision Passport brings the question, analysis, evidence, and recorded human decisions into one record you can inspect and export.
Open the Passport and check the version
Select Passport inside your decision. Check the decision title, version, and available record details before using it in a review. When earlier saved versions are available, choose the version that matches the decision you want to discuss.
A saved record represents the information captured at that point. Later analysis or newly recorded outcomes may belong to a subsequent version. Keep the version visible when circulating a report so reviewers can refer to the same material.
Read the summary with its supporting record
Start with the recommendation and its rationale, then review the alternatives, evidence, assumptions, and remaining risks. Follow source references when a finding is important to the choice. Check the conditions that could change the conclusion.
The AI recommendation and the Human Decision are separate. A pending human decision, missing approval, or unresolved risk should be read as its stated status. A polished PDF does not itself indicate that someone approved the decision or accepted its risks.
Export the format your audience needs
Use Download PDF for a readable report you can take into a meeting or circulate through your organization's approved channels. Review the exported file before sending it, including its source references and any sensitive decision context.
Export options also contains JSON for structured data and Print for a browser printout. JSON is useful for technical processing; most reviewers can use the PDF. Anyone who receives a downloaded copy may retain it, so choose recipients with the contents in mind.
Preserve the decision as circumstances change
Record the human choice and relevant conditions in Argumont when they are known. Where approval or risk acceptance is required, check that the corresponding record is complete. Add the actual outcome later so it can be reviewed against the original expectations.
If new evidence changes the analysis, use Challenge the Verdict and review the resulting record. Retain the earlier exported version when you need to show what was known at that time. The Passport supports review and accountability; the people responsible still evaluate and authorize the action.
Put the guide into practice
Structure the question, test the evidence and the assumptions, and preserve what your organization ultimately decides.
