Outcome Tracking
Outcome tracking is how an organization learns without editing the past. The original Verdict stays. The Human Decision stays. The later result sits beside them...

Organizations say they want accountability and then keep a transcript. Accountability is a sequence of different acts, kept in order, with names on the human ones. Argumont describes that sequence as Analyze, Decide, and Govern. This essay stays at that capability level.
Analyze frames the question, names alternatives, challenges claims, inspects evidence, and surfaces risk. Champion and Challenger carry the competing cases. Inspector and Wolf keep support and downside from being smoothed away. Judge issues the AI Verdict.
The Verdict can be confident and still be something the organization declines. Confidence is not authority. The product does not publish a threshold at which a Verdict becomes mandatory.
Decide is the Human Decision: the course a Decision Owner records. Where the organization requires formal approval, that approval is a separate act on a stated version of the Verdict. A later edit to the analysis does not rewrite the approval that already happened.
Risk disposition sits here as well when the organization treats it as part of the choice. Accepting a residual risk is not the same sentence as preferring an option. Writing them as one sentence is how accepted risk disappears.
Govern marks execution readiness, records the Outcome, and leaves the history in place for a later review. Readiness means the organization has said the course may proceed. The Outcome is what was observed afterward.
Preserving that history lets someone ask whether the expected result showed up. Other causes exist. A good record makes the review possible.
A reviewer who sees only the Outcome cannot tell whether the organization followed the Verdict, overrode it, approved a different version, or accepted a risk the analysis had flagged. Analyze, then Decide, then Govern is the order that keeps those questions answerable.
The same order is the product's full cycle. Secure Full-Cycle Decision Intelligence is the handling of the Decision. The Decision System of Record is what remains. Neither phrase means Argumont replaces the official who must sign, the control function that must attest, or the procedure a statute already names.
Challenge the Verdict if the analysis should move. Do not confuse that challenge with the organization's own appeal, audit, or protest process.
Champion and Challenger test the case, Inspector checks the evidence, and Judge records the Verdict for the Decision Owner.
