The flow
Decision → Options → Criteria → Claims → Challenges → Evidence → Risks → Scores → Verdict → Outcome. Each arrow is a stored relationship, not a paragraph break.
Traceability
A user should be able to inspect how a claim affected a criterion, how the criterion affected the score, and how the score affected the verdict. If you cannot open those links, you do not have decision intelligence. You have prose.
What this is not
It is not a chatbot with a strategy accent. It is not a vote among models. Agreement is interesting. It is not treated as proof.
