ARGUMONT FOR STAFFING AGENCIES

Defend every candidate you submit to a client

A staffing or recruiting agency earns its fee on one decision, repeated all day: which candidates to put in front of a client, and in what order. The submission either builds the client's trust or spends it. Argumont helps an agency build that shortlist as an argued, evidence-backed decision and keep a record of why each name was sent, so a recruiter can defend the call when the client asks.

Argumont is structured decision support for staffing and recruiting agencies. It does not screen, rank, or reject an applicant pool automatically, and it is not a replacement for the agency's lawful, fair hiring process.

The submission is the decision that pays

From a pool of fifty applicants a recruiter sends three or four. That short list is the product the client buys, and a weak submission costs the account. Argumont organizes the role, the candidates, the criteria the client actually cares about, and the evidence behind each person, so the shortlist reflects a comparison rather than whoever sat at the top of the inbox.

Champion makes the strongest case for each candidate from the evidence in hand. Challenger attacks the weak reasoning, the skill assumed from a job title or the result credited to one person that belonged to a team. The recruiter reads the comparison and decides who to send.

Give the client the reasoning, not just names

Clients increasingly ask why these candidates and not others. A submission that arrives with a Verdict, the evidence behind each claim, and the open questions is one a hiring manager can act on fast. Scout looks for corroboration that exists outside the candidate's own account, and Inspector keeps a claimed accomplishment separate from a checked one.

The Decision Passport exports as a PDF the recruiter can attach to the submission or keep on the account: the role, the criteria, the finalists, the reasoning, and the recorded human call. When a client pushes back, the reason is specific and on the record instead of reconstructed from memory.

Write the reject reason you can stand behind

The candidates an agency holds back matter as much as the ones it sends. A reason like not a fit is not something anyone can defend later. Recording why a strong-looking applicant was held back, against job-related criteria applied the same way to everyone, protects the agency and the client both.

Use Challenge the Verdict when a reference, a work sample, or a changed requirement moves the picture, and the record shows why the shortlist changed and when.

Where the limits are

Use Argumont on a candidate pool the agency sourced through its normal process. The agency and its client own a lawful, fair hiring process, and the final submission and placement are theirs to decide.

Equal-opportunity obligations, background-check rules, data-protection duties, and local employment law stay with the agency and its client's counsel. A Verdict informs the recruiter; the people make the call.
