question

Which vendor, and what would make you switch later?

A vendor decision is not a beauty contest among decks. It is a bet on implementation, support, price after discount, and how painful it is to leave.

What evidence matters

Reference customers who look like you, not logos from another industry. Security questionnaires with dates. Price including overage. An implementation plan with named people.

A demo is a claim that the product can do a thing in a controlled room. It is not proof it will do that thing in yours.

How Argumont treats it

Each vendor is an option. Criteria and weights are frozen before scoring. Missing security or reference evidence should lower confidence, not be papered over with 'we'll figure it out.'
