What it does
You name options and criteria. Weights total 100%. Each option is scored with reasons. You can attach user-confirmed facts that move those scores.
When to use a different flow
If you only have a preferred plan, start with Challenge My Idea so a real alternative can be searched for instead of invented as a straw man.
