Weighted matrices are a classic operations tool. Argumont uses criteria and scores too. The difference is the surrounding record: claims, verification, risks, confidence limits, and appeal.
Named criteria, weights, and numeric scores are the right skeleton. Whole numbers are enough. Fake precision such as 87.432 is not.
It omits whether a cell is an unverified assumption. It omits an independent attempt to overturn the winner. It omits outcome tracking after the meeting.
